Seller and scope

These terms apply to business purchases from TOM.KO LTD (ТОМ.КО ЕООД), VAT BG207528454, 54B Ivan Susanin St., entrance A, Sofia, Bulgaria. Contact: sales@mvhairshopy.com, +359 89 434 5433. They apply to the B2B portal, separately from MV Hairshopy retail terms. Access requires approval of business details; a standard customer account alone does not grant B2B access.

Prices and minimum order

B2B prices are in EUR excluding VAT. Applicable VAT is determined for the customer and transaction and included in the final amount. A VAT number alone does not automatically make a transaction VAT-exempt. Minimum order: EUR 500 excluding VAT and delivery. Orders below this minimum are not approved or processed; delivery charges do not count towards it.

Order submission and approval

Submitting an order is a request for review. An automatic acknowledgement confirms receipt only. An order is accepted following written TOM.KO approval specifying the final amount and proforma. We review stock, prices, quantities and delivery before approval. The customer should check the approved items, business details and final amount before paying.

Bank transfer against proforma

After written approval, we send a proforma issued through Micro.bg showing the final amount including delivery and TOM.KO bank details. B2B payment is currently by bank transfer only; card payment is not offered. A separate Shopify payment link is not required. Payment is due within 3 working days of sending the proforma. After that period prices and availability must be reconfirmed; contact us before paying an expired proforma. After funds are confirmed received, we issue an invoice and dispatch the order.

Delivery

Delivery requests are accepted for all EU member states, subject to individual confirmation for the address before final approval and payment. Shipping is calculated by address, weight and courier and included in the final amount and proforma. Goods first arrive at TOM.KO, then we send them to the customer via DPD or DHL. Expected delivery is within 14 working days of receipt of payment, including preparation and courier transit.

Changes, errors and partial delivery

We notify the customer of price or availability errors. Changes to approved items, quantities or prices require agreement. If already paid and the change is rejected, the affected amount paid is refunded. Partial deliveries require prior agreement on items, dates and any extra transport charge; no unapproved transport surcharge is imposed.

Delayed or unavailable paid goods

We notify the customer and propose a revised date. Substitutes require express agreement. If the revised date is rejected or delivery is impossible, we refund the undelivered goods and corresponding unused delivery charge within 14 calendar days of agreeing the refund, using the original payment method.

Claims and returns

Change-of-mind returns of conforming, correctly delivered goods are not accepted. Returns require an approved complaint and our instructions and return address. Please report visible damage, shortages or incorrect products within 2 working days of receipt; hidden defects promptly after discovery. The visible-issue period is not an automatic rejection rule for hidden defects. Email the order number, issue description and relevant photos to sales@mvhairshopy.com. Obtain a courier damage report where possible; its absence does not automatically invalidate a complaint.

We acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and provide a decision within 14 calendar days; where additional checks are needed, we notify the reason and expected response date. For an approved complaint attributable to TOM.KO, we offer replacement; if impossible, refund the affected goods, as agreed with the customer. We cover agreed return transport only where the approved complaint is attributable to TOM.KO fault. Other transport responsibility is assessed and communicated before return.

Refunds use the original payment method within 14 calendar days after agreement and, if return is required, receipt of the returned goods. If no return is required, the period starts on agreement; otherwise both conditions must be fulfilled.

Law, disputes and contact

Bulgarian law applies subject to mandatory applicable provisions. First seek written amicable resolution at sales@mvhairshopy.com. If unresolved, the competent court is determined under applicable rules, without restricting mandatory rights or timely access to judicial protection.
