We offer two delivery methods:

• Delivery by courier company - Speedy is our delivery partner and offers delivery to your address or to a Speedy office, where you can pick up your shipment at your convenience.

• Orders are processed from Monday to Friday until 4:00 PM, on Saturday until 11:00 AM, and are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM are processed and dispatched on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday after 11:00 AM and Sunday are processed on Monday, considering the courier companies' working hours. Orders placed on holidays or weekends are processed on the first business day.
• During promotional campaigns or for orders of out-of-stock products, there may be delays in deliveries.
• The delivery cost is according to the courier companies' tariffs. The delivery cost, as well as the price of the products in the shipment, is in Bulgarian Levs and includes VAT.
• We offer free delivery for orders over 80 BGN.
• All our shipments benefit from the "preview before payment" option. Opening the shipment is done in the presence of the courier, and if it does not match the order during inspection, it is returned to them. 

• Pick up in person - If you do not wish to use courier services, you can pick up your order in person from our salon - MV Salon - Milen Vasilev at 95-97 James Bourchier St. in Lozenets, Sofia. After placing an order, our team will contact you to confirm it and prepare it for pick up within 24 hours.

We offer two payment methods:

 

• Online, upon completion of the order - MV Hairshopy works with an integrated online payment system to allow you to conveniently and securely pay for products directly at the time of purchase. We accept credit and debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as Apple Pay. Our online payment system meets the highest security standards, so you can use it without worries. MV Hairshopy does not require additional fees that would increase the cost of payment by credit or debit card; all payment terms imposed by the bank that issued your card apply. 

• Cash on delivery - you can pay for your order directly to the courier upon delivery or at the MV Salon counter if you have chosen to pick up the ordered products in person from the salon.
