How do I return or exchange an ordered product?

Customers who have used the delivery preview service have the right to refuse to accept a given item and return it to MV Hairshopy at Speedy offices or to the courier.

If the product you ordered does not meet your expectations, you can exchange it for another one after contacting us in advance. If we do not currently have the desired item in stock, the amount will be refunded to you. Orders for products made during a promotion are exchanged at prices and conditions from the respective campaign. The transportation costs for returns and exchanges are at the customer's expense.

According to the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to make a complaint and the option to return or exchange the product within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that this is only possible if the product has not been used, has its label and original packaging intact, and has preserved its good commercial appearance.

When returning or exchanging, the product must be accompanied by the return certificate that we send you along with the order. The form must be legibly filled out.
